Dr. Swartz holds a medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He completed residencies in general surgery and plastic surgery at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois.

A board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon since 1980, Dr. Swartz has practiced medicine for more then 25 years and is licensed in Wisconsin and Washington. In addition, he is a member of American Medical Association, American Society of Plastic Surgery and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Dr. Swartz holds a wealth of experience working with trauma, head/facial injuries, reconstructive surgery, wound care, botox, breast reconstruction and augmentation/reduction, chemical peels, nose surgery, liposuction and abdominoplasty, skin cancer and lesions, carpal tunnel, burns, cleft lip/palate, eyelid and eyebrow surgery, facelift and necklift, facial resurfacing, scar revisions, spider veins and body contouring after weight loss.
